Paradise PRN is a spacious townhome in the low-density complex of Beachwalk. It is conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores, at 554 E Beach Blvd, 0.8 miles east of the Hangout and just west of the Gulf State Park. You can be at any of the great dining, entertainment, or shopping options that Gulf Shores has to offer in a matter of minutes.
Paradise PRN is just across the street and only steps away from the beautiful beach with convenient access.
There is an outdoor pool available only to the 18 units in the complex. Paradise PRN also features a new washer and dryer, 4 Smart TV’s, parking for 2 vehicles under the townhome and a covered outdoor dining area. Paradise PRN offers 2 master bedrooms, one on each level. It features direct beach views from the upper and lower balcony, and the upper and lower common area.
On the main living level, you will find the kitchen and dining area. There is a balcony with beach views, and a master bedroom and a full bathroom. The open kitchen has granite counter-tops and slate appliances. The kitchen includes a range-oven, full sized refrigerator, dish washer, and microwave. The dining table seats four, with room for two more at the breakfast bar. The main level master suite has a king-size bed and a full bath, which includes a newly remodeled walk-in shower.
There is also an electric fireplace to cozy in front of if you love to visit the beach during the awesome winter months. Recently added to the main level is a comfy couch in a cozy area that you can enjoy the gorgeous views or curl up with a great book.
The second level includes a living room with balcony access and beach views. It also offers a second master bedroom with a king size bed and a full bath that includes a jacuzzi tub. A new queen murphy bed has been added for convenient additional sleeping accommodations. A third balcony is located off the upstairs bedroom with views of Lake Shelby. A washer and dryer are also located on the second level.

HOA Rules and Regulations
1.Max occupancy is SIX people.
2.No hanging of items from windows or balconies. No sweeping or throwing of objects from windows or balconies.
3.No noises that disturb occupants of other units.
4.No blocking of driveways or parking areas. No boat, RV, trailer, or any other sort of towed vehicle parking.
5.No flammable oils or fluids shall be brought into the unit.
6.No charcoal grill on balconies, walkways, or under unit.
7. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk and agree to not hold HOA nor owner liable for accident or injury or loss or damage to personal property.
8. Persons 12 years of age and under must be supervised by an adult in pool area.
